Engineered with a structured six-panel crown and a closed-back design, this cap eliminates adjustment hardware for a clean, streamlined silhouette. The six-panel crown uses fused buckram interfacing in the front two panels to maintain vertical structure without feeling stiff. This construction keeps the profile crisp whether you’re wearing it forward or tilted back. Unlike snapback or adjustable models, the closed-back fitted design eliminates plastic hardware that can snag hair or dig into your scalp during extended wear.
Fabric & Moisture Management
Our brushed cotton-poly blend combines the breathability of natural fiber with the shape retention of synthetic. The 65/35 ratio prevents the crown from collapsing in humidity while still allowing air circulation through the six embroidered eyelets. We treat the interior sweatband with a silver-ion antimicrobial finish that inhibits odor-causing bacteria even after consecutive days of wear.
The fabric weight clocks in at 280 GSM — substantial enough to hold structure but light enough for warm-weather comfort. Pre-washing during manufacturing reduces future shrinkage to less than two percent, so the size you order is the size you keep. Contrast stitching on the flat visor uses UV-resistant polyester thread that won’t fade after seasons of sun exposure.

Flat Visor Construction
We sandwich a polymer insert between two layers of fabric to create a visor that bends without creasing. Eight rows of decorative stitching run parallel to the visor edge, serving both aesthetic and structural roles — the thread locks the layers together and prevents delamination at the edges. The visor measures 7 cm from crown seam to tip, a length that provides sun coverage without obstructing peripheral vision.
Embroidery & Branding
Our wordmark appears as a tonal embroidery on the left side panel, using 12,000-stitch density for definition that won’t pucker the base fabric. The rear panels remain unbranded to preserve the clean silhouette. All thread is colorfast polyester rated for 500+ wash cycles without significant fade.

Measure the circumference of your head just above your eyebrows using a soft tape measure. Compare that measurement in inches to our size chart: 6⅞ equals 21.75 inches, 7 equals 22 inches, 7⅛ equals 22.5 inches, 7¼ equals 22.875 inches, 7⅜ equals 23.25 inches, 7½ equals 23.625 inches, 7⅝ equals 24 inches, and 8 equals 25.25 inches. If you fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
We recommend spot-cleaning only to preserve the structured crown and visor shape. Machine washing can damage the buckram interfacing in the front panels and warp the polymer visor insert. Use a damp cloth with mild detergent for the exterior and a soft brush with warm water for the sweatband, then air-dry at room temperature.
A fitted cap has a closed back with no adjustment mechanism, so you order your exact head size for a permanent fit. A snapback features a plastic closure on the back that lets you adjust the circumference. Fitted caps offer a cleaner silhouette and eliminate hardware that can snag or cause discomfort, while snapbacks provide flexibility if you’re between sizes or share hats with others.
The visor ships flat and uses a polymer insert that resists creasing. You can gently curve it by hand if you prefer a rounded profile, but the insert will naturally want to return to its flat shape over time. If you prefer a permanently curved visor, consider our low-profile fitted model which uses a pre-curved design.
The silver-ion treatment embedded in the sweatband remains effective for approximately 50 washes or six to twelve months of daily wear, whichever comes first. After that point the sweatband will still function normally but the odor-inhibiting properties will gradually diminish. The cap itself will continue to perform structurally and aesthetically beyond that timeline.
Our standard fitted caps start at size 6⅞ which typically fits older teens and adults. We do not currently manufacture youth-specific sizes in the fitted line. For younger wearers we recommend our adjustable snapback or dad cap models which accommodate a wider range of head circumferences through their closure mechanisms.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase as long as the cap is unworn with tags attached. Because fitted caps are sized permanently, we strongly encourage using our sizing guide and measuring your head before ordering. Exchanges for different sizes are processed at no additional cost, though return shipping fees apply if you prefer a refund.
